Christopher Rokke
Christopher M. Rokke grew up in Newfolden, Minnesota, and graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2021. Rokke worked at Rokke, Aandal & Associates while attending law school and became an associate with the firm after graduation. He was elected Marshall County Attorney in 2023 and specializes in probate, estate planning, and real estate transactions. Rokke and his wife, Christine, reside in Warren, Minnesota.
Donald Aandal
Donald Aandal was raised in Grand Plain Township in Marshall County and graduated from University of North Dakota School of Law in 1984. After four years of private practice, he joined the Ninth District Public Defender's Office rising to Assistant Chief Public Defender. In 2000, Governor Jesse Ventura appointed Aandal to the District Court Bench chambered in Warren, Minnesota, but holding court throughout the Ninth District, principally in Northwest Minnesota.
In 2014, Aandal left the bench to reenter private practice and assume the duties of Marshall County Attorney as well. As a lawyer and judge, Aandal has been involved in over 300 jury trials, both civil and criminal, and thousands of court trials. He has appeared in court in every county of the Ninth District and many other districts.
Aandal has over 40 years of experience and concentrates in the areas of litigation, real estate, estate planning, mediation and personal injury.
Denise Sollund
Denise graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2006. After law school, she was a judicial clerk at the Marshall County Courthouse from 2006 through 2008. In 2008, she began working for a private practice in Northwestern Minnesota, where she primarily focused on family law, custody evaluations, parenting time expediting and mediations. She works as the Assistant Kittson County Attorney, focusing on Child in Need of Protection or Services cases and Child Support cases. Denise is often appointed in other counties to represent parents on Child in Need of Protection or Service cases. She is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral to be court appointed as a custody evaluator and parenting time expeditor. She began working at Rokke, Aandal & Associates, PLLC in 2024, where she continues to focus on family law, custody evaluations, parenting time expediting, and where she continues her work on child protection matters in surrounding counties.
Denise lives with her husband and three children in Karlstad, Minnesota. Rokke, Aandal & Associates, PLLC has a satellite office in Karlstad, which Denise primarily manages.
